Really nice people. They have closed and are out of business but I hope they open a new location. Hard to find used car dealers with integrity.

While I didn't end up being able to get the car I wanted (which was at Smiley Riley) I had the most pleasant experience shopping with them. They had the PERFECT car at an awesome price, but with my poor credit I just couldn't make it work. I looked for a car for a couple of months, so I've dealt with quite a few businesses and salesmen during this time. Collin was the most helpful and kind car salesmen I encountered. It was apparent that he was truly trying to find a car that worked for me and my family, and not just make a sale. This is such a big deal, as most car salesmen are extremely pushy. I truly appreciate their fair prices and kindness while looking for a car, and if someone wants to shop but avoid pressure - this is the place to go!
We purchased a used car. Well, when we were leaving the dealership the car started overheating. So when we got home my husband called Smiley's and described the problem. Kelley (the salesman that we dealt with) asked us to return to the dealership. He called his mechanic, who was off-site, to look at it. Apparently, it couldn't be fixed right away. So Smiley's gave us a very nice car as a loaner. The point I'm trying to make is: the deal was made. Buyer beware. With a used car, there is no warranty. They didn't have to do that. And even through all of that, they are some of the nicest people I have ever met.
I am extremely happy with my visit today at smiley riley. Im awaiting to be approved and hope to be able to purchase my dream car! Larry was very helpful and polite. The atmosphere there is very down to earth and everyone was friendly. They dont immediately run to you and hover i really liked that! Good cars and fair prices!#!
