Every person that works here is amazingly friendly and my service advisor, Wayne, was excellent! I was driving through Knoxville from out of town and had an emergency situation and they bent over backwards to help me out on the Wednesday before Labor Day. They had me back on the road hours before I expected and the work was top notch. Wish there were more places like this, highly recommend.
I recently had work done to stop a leak in the bedroom slide out. Other people had tried to fix it without any luck. The folks at Chilhowee found and fixed the problem quickly. They also fixed a problem with my refrigerator after someone had done a short cut job on it. The guys who worked on my RV were very professional, courteous and helpful. They knew exactly what they were doing and I am very happy with their work. I highly recommend this company.
Great place to buy rv needs. Helpful, friendly staff. For the most part cheaper than camping world.
Obviously I did not 'hang around", I left...never to return. I wouldn't buy a trailer from them if the price was half of what it was anywhere else. This dealership is really only interested in selling campers, and the staff appears to be mostly family (entitled, lazy) and quite uninterested in helping customers. Avoid!

I purchased a Coleman pop up camper from this dealer back in 2000. The dealership is quite nice when you're buying something, but don't expect service after the sale. Just about every time I go to the store for service or parts, I'm met with uninterested staff that basically tries to get you out of the store asap. Today, I went back for some simple wiring service...on the camper that I purchased there, and was told "we don't work on pop-ups". I said, that's funny, I bought it here, don't you service what you sell? Her response was, "do you have an appointment?" Now why would it matter if I had an appointment if they don't service pop up campers? I told her that I didn't have an appointment, and her response was "we're only doing appointments and drop offs right now" I told her that was fine, and that I didn't expect it to be repaired while I wait and was going to leave it. Then she stated that the "scheduler" was out right now, and that I should just "hang around"...her words.
