Bought a new travel trailer in September and could not be happier. From buying to this past service visit extremely satisfied with the service I’ve received. We spent three months looking for an RV and found this dealership to be the best one in the Knoxville area. Another dealer in Knoxville wanted to sell me a used trailer for more than what I bought the new one for. Love the no haggle pricing and this past service visit was excellent (in and out in under 45 minutes)! They are off the beaten path but worth the visits, so happy I had a relative recommend them!
Northgate RV is the ONLY place to buy and take your RV for service! I bought my RV from Northgate at a good price and the service is always a great experience. I have been dealing with Northgate for years and will continue to do so. Northgate RV should be your only choice for RV sales and service in the Knoxville - Maryville area!!
I wish this offered a - negative star because that's exactly what they deserve. I've never encountered a company with less integrity than this one. For a business to be as dishonest as they are is an absolute shame!
While I feel I got a good price on a new travel trailer the follow up warranty service has been iffy. The first time I took it in for service they had the trailer for 7 weeks to do a job that should have taken 4 hours. The next time they had to redo one of the first "fixes" and said they couldn't find the roof leak. This time they had the trailer for 4+ weeks. I took it in on the day they requested. When I called about it 2 weeks later they had been " too busy" to even look at it!
I see negative and positive reviews here. My experience was 100% positive. I shopped at the Alcoa store and could not have been happier with the NO-HAGGLE-PRICING, what I got for my trade, or the people that work there. We looked at several RV's at the national chain store. The prices were substantially higher with room for "negotiating". I despise that game. I would give Northgate RV 6 stars if I could.
