Crappie service as an overall company. My husband was expecting a very important documents that shipped overnight. It shipped on March 31, 2016. It should arrive on Friday April 1. It wasn't delivered till April 4. And still charged $30 overnight delivery fee ( yes it's cost him $30 plus cost him missed out the deal). The customer service did apologize. They should refund the cost or at least half of it. I will not even give 1 star if possible.

I was expecting a package to be delivered. I recieved an email saying it was left at my front door. I was home the entire morning and Noone ever knocked on the door and there was never a FedEx vehicle at my house and the package is nowhere to be found. Now I have to contact the company I purchased from and see if they will send a replacement of the $80 item since it is obviously lost due to the error of the driver.
On Dec. 6, I paid for next day shipping, it's now Dec. 8, Fedex just picked up my package, and it want be here until Monday, and I want be at this location Monday..it's the holiday season, and Fedex service is not dependable
