It makes it better when you have friendly people
I've been going to this bait store for years and for the most part have been pleased. But today went in and bought live bait and frog bait.the frog bait was $10.98 or close to that amount. I got out of the store with minnows and crickets but left the frog lure on the check out counter. Now leaving it behind was my fought but when I called back to let the guy know and I would come back to pick it up he said it wasn't on the counter I must have took it. That simply was not true I never picked it up and IMO is no way to treat a long time customer. I'll not be going back.
Convenience is the reason I went in, poor customer service is the reason I won't be back. The young lady working couldn't be bothered to end her personal phone call while I purchased a boater's license. Next time I'll make the drive to Maryville to shop.
