I have used EcoWater System(Advanced Water Systems) now for about 11 years and I am totally impressed with the professionalism they do and how they are able to give me such quality for my well water.
Have had this system for about 4 years. When it works properly it does s great job and I have it checked annually. A couple of times had to minor adjust it for best performance.
We have been very pleased with the system. No longer buying bottled drinking water, using less detergent in washing machine and no soap scum in the shower. We are very happy with our decision to go with Advanced Water System.
The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were the only ones that actually called me back.
We ordered the EcoWater System thru Costco. Even tho it has only been a few days since installation, we are thrilled with the system. My hair and skin feel so much better now that I am no longer bathing in hard water. We are using less soap. The coffee is much better.
The installer, Matt, was prompt and very courteous and helped empty the closet to put the filter in. We are very happy with the water filter system.

They came in and gave me a quote which was reasonably priced. Started to do the work then said it was going to cost more which I agreed after they explained it to me. The first guy was replaced with an extremely rude guy that left garbage all over the house. Then they used all my old parts in place of new which was not agreed to, including the part that leaked. After that they brought in help on a day which was not scheduled. Dug up my yard and tried to charge me extra for the extra guy which I did not pay and was met with a verbal backlash that was completely unprofessional. I received no how to, no instructions, no advice and no help whatsoever. To top it all off I decided to do my own research on well water plumbing only to find out they did not even set the entire system up correctly.
