I worked through State Farm. Everyone seemed nice that I interacted with. They helped to explain the process. Their ETA on the car was exact. It took 5 days to repair the damages. The paint is spot on, no difference can be seen whatsoever.
They told me to come back if I had absolutely any issues, with the repair or any of the parts they had removed to access it.
The repair is about a 96/100. There are two small dots that can be seen under extreme inspection, that are about the size of the end of a pencil in the center of the repair.

I had my 2013 Outlander Sport worked on at this location after someone in a parking lot was kind enough to scratch up the back side of my car and leave without saying anything.
Superb customer service. After 17 years of living next to the National Park we had a bear open our unlocked old (2002 but in great shape with low miles) ford explorer and climb in. He had not had a recent pedicure and the damage to the leather seats was more than the car was worth. Auto Collision Experts explored every opportunity to find a way to replace the seats and bring it in at a cost that our insurance company was willing to pay instead of totaling the vehicle. The seats are pristine and it was white glove treatment. Kept us informed every step of the way. And yes, we no longer leave food in the car and lock it!
Auto Collision experts had our van for exactly 60 days and did not fix everything that needed to be fixed on our van, after my wife was hit head on in a car accident. USAA recommended this shop to us and we were disgusted with the service and down right rudeness of Travis, who told me wife to take our van back and "shove it" after she addressed why the van was not repaired correctly. Worst experience ever and will never recommend anyone to get work done here!!! Absolutely appalled that he talked to my wife in this manner.
I was hesitant about using a place on that side of Louisville, but I am completely satisfied and would recommend using them.
